Show us Your Stuff - mid month reveal!

Eeck! Another month flying past all too quick :/
Today I have the mid month reveal over @ Show Us Your Stuff challenge blog to share with you.

It's such a lovely 'winter' palette to inspire you with this month...I had a lot of fun creating this one, using a mix of TCW & Finnabair templates with my Kaszazz water-colour pencils!

My homemade item is the flair which I had for ages, but it was a rather difficult colour & pattern to work with, so I gesso'd it, then covered it with washi tape.

July Challenges!

Good morning & welcome to July! :) Thankfully this month has brought some very exciting news for my family, with the birth of my 1st little niece...she is such a cutie! Expect some baby layouts soon ;)

As always, a new month means new challenges to sink you teeth into...
& this months challenge over @ 123 Challenge Blog is a brilliant one!!! Brights, 'awesome' & arrows...such a fun one to start the month with ;)

The word 'awesome' has become the word to describe my eldest, so a layout on her was an obvious choice for this challenge...

The background was created with a Finnabair stencil & Tim Holtz distress ink...so love the colours!

Just to clarify the colours for you...charcoal, mid blue, cream, light grey & teal. You may also include black & white...& of course, don't forget your handmade item! :)
